Chamabondo Tented Luxury Camp: Terms & Conditions

Provisional Reservations

Provisional bookings for accommodation are held for 2 weeks from date of booking, at which time a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid by the guest/agent to secure the booking, otherwise the booking will expire.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be subject to cancellation fees as follows:
 
  • 15 – 30 days prior to travel = 50%
  • 8  – 14 days prior to travel  = 75%
  • 0  – 7 days prior to travel  = 100%

Included Activities

  1. Included activities are subject to availability and may vary depending on weather conditions.
  2. Chamabondo Tented Luxury Camp reserves the right to change or cancel any activities at its sole discretion.
  3. Included activities are subject to availability and weather conditions, and we reserve the right to alter or cancel any activities or excursions at our discretion. Optional activities incur additional charges and must be booked in advance. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or modifications made within 14 days of the scheduled stay.

Optional Activities

  1. Additional activities not included in the package can be booked in advance.
  2. Payment for optional activities is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Safety and Liability

  1. Guests are required to adhere to all safety instructions provided by Chamabondo Tented Luxury Camp staff.
  2. Chamabondo Tented Luxury Camp shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
  3. Request child policy.

Check-In/Check-Out

  1. Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is required by 11 AM.
  2. Late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

General

  1. Pets are not allowed on the property.
  2. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
  3. Chamabondo Tented Luxury Camp reserves the right to remove guests from the property for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
